  • Investment Fund – requires a €1 million investment into a government-approved Irish fund.
  • Real Estate Investment Trust – requires a €2 million investment in an Irish Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
  • Endowment – requires a €500,000 donation to an Irish non-profit project.
